Although he was a celebrated entrepreneur before he was 35 years old, he spent over a decade of his life in the most degrading existence imaginable.

For over 15 years Joe made incredibly unsafe choices that resulted in him living under a bridge in Vancouver as a homeless heroin addict, pushing a shopping cart in the Downtown Eastside.
