In order for students to try out for a volleyball team they must have the Acknowledgement of Risk form filled out.
Please fill out the appropriate form for your child (If you fill out the wrong one, coaches will not have your child's name on the list and they will not be allowed to try out).

If you child would like to participate in the Grade 7-9 Divisional Golf Tournament on Wednesday September 13 in Magrath, you will need to pay a $30 fee (this fee includes taco in a bag for lunch) and have this filled out
